Windows 10: Invisible programs in task bar upon startup

Recently, I noticed the OneDrive folder icon appearing in my task bar for a split second when I start up my computer. The cursor also shows the "loading" circle around 10 times for the first few seconds after my computer is turned on. Nothing in the startups tab in task manager looks out of place. I decided I didn't need OneDrive, so I uninstalled it in the Apps & Features menu. I restarted my computer and it didn't show up anymore. However, 2 programs without an icon appeared in the task bar this time, and they disappeared even faster than the OneDrive file. I couldn't take a screenshot,

Startup programs not launching on startup

Replying to Brink none of that works here is why-
Step 1- No items listed in startup on task manager as stated.
Step 2- I dont have shell:Startup on the pc as it cannot be located
Step 3- I dont understand that option also the startup folder cannot be found
Step 4- No apps showing under startup on settings
Step 5- Dont have access to advanced options at all for any apps
Step 6- Doesn't work.

@dalchina, Will try the program now and no I have no suitable restore points and also nothing that I am aware of has been updated besides for Windows Updates but nothing major. WIll respond once I try the program.

 

Icons on the task bar are invisible

Since the last Windows update, most of the icons on my task bar have become invisible, only the File Explorer, Chrome and Outlook icons are visible. Edge and any working programs have disappeared from view, although they are there when I hover over the
space they should appear in.
