Windows 10: invisible scroll bar,reply

someone from microsoft community asked me on whats apps the scroll bars not visible. its on all my emails,downloads and on line unless you point in the direction its in,then it shows faintly.im sorry to sound so critcle but its frustrating .

TPU review scroll bar

I was wondering if there was any specific reason the buttons to scroll down the list of reviews was stuck in the bottom left-hand corner? Whenever I want to read reviews, I always have to move my cursor and aim it at a small arrow that scrolls the reviews... I'd suggest that instead of making the arrows small and in a corner, it would be better placed to the sides of the review bar.

Something like this (yes, I know it's crappy but it took 5min to make):

Thanks for your reply, Joy. After my post, I actually saw an almost invisible scroll indicator on the right hand side, miniscule and narrow, that disappears like a ghost after a second or so.

I ran SFC as you recommended and restarted, hoping the ghost-like scroll indicator would reveal itself more fully and permanently. This did not happen.

scroll bar box in windows 8 missing that the invisible scroll bar is by design. I'm asking for the UNdesign, to revert the
scroll bar to a traditional, the way it's pretty much always been, scroll bar.

Vertical Scroll Bar

Thank you for your prompt reply lacrumb. I did as you suggest and moved the pointer to the far right but the vertical scroll bar did not appear. I then went to Settings and turned Off the Automatically hide scroll bars but the scroll bar still does not
appear.
