Windows 10: inZOİ error massage

I have an RTX 2060 SUPER graphics card with the latest drivers and DriectX 12 installed, but I'm still getting the "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument" error Is there anyone can help with this

am getting an error massage "location is not available" every time I try to open a file. It is looking for I:myfiles.11.28.23\onedrive.... I have never hgad an I: drive is this a onedrive thing or what.
