Windows 10: iOS Minecraft Bedrock Realm Subscriptions, family accounts

How do I turn off the ability for my child’s account to create a Realm subscription? My child has never tried to make one but every month when I try to renew my subscription it automatically goes to my child’s account. I’ve spent months with Apple/Microsoft/Xbox/Minecraft support trying to solve this issue. Everyone always says not a problem on our side in typical tech fashion. Since no one can tell me why when I renew mine it moves My subscription to my child’s account or opens up a new one on her child account. How do I block it completely from her side? Everything purchase wise is turned of

Can't renew Minecraft Realms subscription

Hi,

I called your support team and also contacted Mojang support on this. My internet connection is fine, I do not have a firewall, and all of my settings on Xbox live are set to allow. I tried to start my Realm with Minecraft and was told there was a connection
issue between the Mojang app and the Windows store. My Realms subscription has expired and will not renew, though it is supposed to be set to renew each month. The Minecraft (bedrock edition) app is telling me since I purchased the app from the Windows store,
I need to renew my Realms subscription through the Windows store. However, even though the purchase history is shown, Realms is not found when I search the Windows store to renew my subscription (the Windows store support could not find it either). Is there
a problem between Mojang and Microsoft regarding Realms?

We understand that you want to renew the subscription for Minecraft Realms Plus.



Minecraft realms comes with two types of subscription. Depending on the device you’re playing on, you can choose either a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription.



With a one-time purchase, you can create a one-month or a six-month Realm. These one-time purchases are non-refundable and will not renew automatically once they expire. With a recurring subscription, you’ll be charged automatically
every 30 days, until you cancel the subscription.



If you have a subscription with a Microsoft account (for Xbox One), you can manage your subscription within
