    Hello,

    unfortunately I can't drag pictures and videos from my IPhone and IPad to my Windows PC Can someone help me there. Normally it was shown as removable disk, so I could move pictures and videos easily.

    Now it will still be displayed this way, but firstly not all pictures and videos will be displayed and secondly after a short time the message "A device connected to the system does not work anymore" will appear.
