    First, I connected my iPhone 16 Pro to my computer and transferred the files. I found out there was a playback issue when I tried to play an HDR video originating from my iPhone. There is no video output when playing on Windows Media Player new because of the screeniPhone 16 HDR video playback not authorized in Windows Media Player :Dolby Vision playback is not authorized on this computerPlease uninstall Dolby Vision to remove this messageMy laptop has Dolby Access included.     • What is the make and model of your device?
    • What exactly happens when you try to access the playback videos?

    Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to run the below troubleshooters and check if it helps.

    Steps:

    • Press Windows key, type troubleshooting
      and select it.
    • Click on View all in the left pane.
    • Click onWindows Media Player DVD and follow the onscreen instructions.
    • Follow the same to Windows Media Player Settings as well.

    Step 2: I suggest you to install the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

    Steps:

    • Connect to the internet.
    • Press Windows key and type

    Issue with HDR Playback on Windows 11

    I am having issue with HDR Playback

    When I play a HDR video the black bars looks nearly gray. I had the issue with movie& tv So I switched to new media player app (Windows 11 new app to play video and audio). It played it perfectly black bars looks black. I had some issues with graphics driver so I reinstalled the driver and played HDR video on the media player and same issue Gray bars. Any Help
