Windows 10: Ipod Classic and Itunes withWindows 11

We just bought a new laptop as our daughter seemed to put our old PC in almost unusable condition, thanks to her online school work.. We use my Ipod Classic 6th Gen extensively as it hooks up to usb ports in the dashboards of our vehicles. Anyway, brand new laptop with windows 11, fresh download of Itunes. Plugging in the Ipod I get "this Ipod cannot be used because it is not supported on this version of Windows". I have seen a few tutorials on how to get past this with no success. The laptop opens it as soon as it is plugged in like a separate drive. The Ipod has been working great sin

How can I get a driver to allow Classic iPod to communicate with iTunes on Windows 10 laptop?

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue by trying the steps of troubleshooting.

If you connect your device to your computer with a USB cable but iTunes isn't recognizing your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, get help.

I suggest you to refer the below article from Apple site and check if the issue persists.

iPod Classic won't sync through iTunes in Windows 10

I give Up! My Apple ipod Classic 160, even reformatted to the old FAT32 format, still will not sync with Windows 10... period. I tried every suggestion posted and it will still will not sync or restore.
I'm calling "planned obsolescence" on Apple’s part. I love my Classic ipod. I had to go back to the Windows 7 platform to reinstall my 10,000+ music collection. It works now with that "fix". I'm done with Apple and maybe Windows 10. One PO’d customer here....
