Windows 10: ipod recognition

having trouble with getting the computer to recognize the ipod . Also the icloud is not functioning on iTunes , it keeps giving me the password section and not recognizing when I enter the information.

I would suggest you to follow the steps to see Advance speech options.

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option
