Windows 10: Ipv4 no network access

Discus and support Ipv4 no network access in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Been going on a few months now and really bugging me.     Ipv4 no network access


    Been going on a few months now and really bugging me. We have 2 pcs after turning them off, we are able to access some websites but not others. After alot head scratching I have narrowed down the problem. We have to enable/disable the network device both wired a couple of times and then ipv4 and then it changes to Internet access and we are able to access sites/online games again.... Any ideas?

    So I thought my problem was solved, and then just now my internet stopped working again. Same problem, ipv4 connected ipv6 no network access. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Alright, when I do ipconfig/all this is what the servers looks like:

    Does that look correct?

    I highly doubt we're being blocked because like I said we have 4 other devices all working perfectly, including my roommates win 10 laptop...

    I've tried all suggestions in this forum and I still cannot get my ipv4 back. Still waiting to hear from ESET, Still not able to get my ipv4. Access is denied and reset failed and I open cmd prompt as admin. Short of reinstalling Win10 any more suggestions?
