Windows 10: IPv6: No network access FH3: Teredo is unable to qualify

I've been trying to play online on Forza Horizon 3 but it wasn't working giving the "Failed to resolve the server address. Check your DNS settings and try again" error because, I assumed, of a Teredo issue NAT Type: Teredo is unable to qualify. I tried every solution available, unfortunately non worked then I figured that the problem may be because there is 'no network access' in the 'IPv6 Connectivity' and as far as I know Teredo uses IPv6 tunnelling. Regardless, the issue here is the connectivity to the Xbox Live Multiplayer server whether it it's due to the unavailability if IPv6 network access or some Teredo issue. I've just downloaded the game yesterday and have been trying to fix this issue for straight 6 hours now and it'd be really disappointing if this is a Microsoft unsolved issue.

Teredo is unable to qualify

When ever i try to join an xbox party on pc i get the0x89231906 error code. Going into my settings my NAT type: is (Teredo is unable to qualify) and server connectivity is (blocked). Ive tried a lot of the current solutions out there and am still unable
to connect to parties. Teredo is not in my network adapters or in legacy hardware. My parameters when typing netsh interface teredo show state in the command prompt are

Type : disabled

Server Name : win1807.ipv6.microsoft.com.

Client Refresh Interval : 20 seconds

Client Port : unspecified

State : offline

Error : none

 

My NAT type says "Teredo is unable to qualify"

If you have already done those steps as you mentioned in your description, you may proceed to open the network ports and setting a static Teredo port by following the steps on this

link.

Teredo is unable to qualify

For the last three weeks I've had the same problem of not being able to join parties with the Xbox App, and I assumed the problem would go away on it's own. The problem is that it says my teredo is unable to qualify and so I did all the solutions listed
on the website. I believe to have found the problem as teredo is absent from the network adapters area under device management completely. When I go to add legacy hardware to install teredo back, it's just not on the list... any advice? I make videos using
the xbox app and this has completely prevented me form doing so!
