Windows 10: IQPodz not working with my laptop

Whenever I try listening to something on my laptop my laptop is the Dell Inspiron 15 3520 through my earbuds IQPodz idk what version, they never work. It connects, but audio won't play sometimes it plays with some weird bass for a couple seconds. It connects to my phone perfectly, so this is a problem with my laptop. I have wired headphones that work with my laptop though, so idk whats going on

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.

You need to do the work and we can help with the rest.
