Windows 10: Irql not equal error with new ram and hard drive.

Hi guys. I installed a new ssd master drive and a new single stick of ram about a month ago. I noticed immediately issues with the bootup times being slower. I also noticed that mu computer now is unable to wake correctly from sleep. Tonight on shut down I had an error from something like iavc about something not been equal or less than. I am concerned it's the new hardware inside my pc. Unfortunately I broke my second ram clip a bit when I was removing it so I'll be stuck with single channel for the time being, though I don't think the other ram stick would fall out mind you. . IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL error after new ram.

I bought a new pair of ram sticks for my computer:

Kingston HyperX FURY 8gb DDR3 DIMM 1866 MHz (2x4gb)

After installing the ram properly, I started up the computer. It started booting and when it started loading windows it would say "preparing automatic repair" and and restart. Windows won't even load and it would go on like that in a loop.

One time after booting up it showed an error on a blue screen saying IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.

My motherboard model is:

DH55PJ (XU1)

I thought the ram was compatible for my motherboard, but now I'm not so sure.

The computer starts up normally if I use my old 4gb ram (2x2gb).

Can anybody please help me?

Please run Bluescreen troubleshooter from Control Panel > Troubleshooting > View all. See if it helps you.

Blue screen: "irql not less or equal" error on xps 15 9560

Hi guys,

It's some days that 2 or 3 times per day I get a blu screen error "irql not less or equal" while I'm using my pc. It happens in very different situation of use, soft use or GPU intesive gaming.

I've tested my RAM with mdsched.exe but everything is ok. I've tried to update drivers, especially GPU drivers but it these were not the problem.

Using eventvwr.exe I've found a recurrent critical error, "Kernel-Power 41 (63)". I've never overclocked my CPU.

What do you suggest to do as next step?

I was thinking to reinstall window cause the error comes after no new installations of particular software/hardware.
