    IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL Neverwinter Online Asus k55a


    On installing Neverwinter Online for some reason part way through the patching process I get this irql error. I've spoken to microsoft, and gotten no response from ARC support. Please anyone if you can figure this out, I've been wanting to play this game for months now.

    Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

    I tried uninstalling driver booster and restarting, and it didnt work, crashed at the same point.

    Solved it! It was the auto defrag in the Smart Defrag program, so it wasn't an issue with drivers or Driver Booster or any of the other IObit software *Smile I can understand how there would be an irq error if during a patch it is being automatically defragmented. Hope this end up helping someone else.
