Windows 10: Irql not less or equal problem

Hello, sir I want ask you that I am facing the irql not less or equal problem from 5, days and I have done a lot's of settings but this problem is not solving and when I start my pc at that time my pc stuck at the starting point and after 4/5 times restart my pc so the pc starts but suddenly pc again freez at tha screen and I will have to turn that off so how to solve this problem can you tell me step by step I am waiting for your reply Thankyou
