Windows 10: irql_not_less_or_equal and other errors

This started 2 days ago office updated and installing the Epic Launcher. I did windows update after the first freeze and then a process of installing updates, then rolling them back began. I also installed chipset driverswhich I realized I didn't have updated, rolled back the uninstalled gpu drivers. I also cleared then updated BIOS. The PC will freeze forcing me to hold the power down. Sometimes I get BSOD but even those can freeze. the irql not less or equal I have gotten the most. Cannot repair windows, it won't do it in the recovery menu and it won't stay on long enough to use an external USB with it installed. I have tried the windows memory test with no errors but it doesn't display anything after it boots so that may indicate an issue I also realized it was overwriting the previous dumps so I only have the one for now. Also I have tried booting without third party services, and in that an safe mode with network which I am in now still freeze. If you check the reliability report that is included, I have had some freezes or what I assumed was GPU crashes before but this constant crashing is new. While trying to troubleshoot I saw that page file space has auto'd to 4.75 GB may that be the/an issue?

Irql_not_less_or_equal

So I have this clients PC that blue screens and gives a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL STOP 0x0000000A error message. Error Goblin (link in sig) says the following:

And I have NO IDEA what the hell that means. It has wrapped around my head 5 times and caused it to explode. Ive ran memtest for 7 and a half hours and it didnt find any errors. I will probably run it again overnight just to be safe. Ive also cleaned out the computer with an air compressor and checked the hard drive for bad sectors are none are to be found.

Im trying like hell to avoid reinstalling Windows but it seems unlikely.

Im going to try updating some drivers and see what happens. Some of the drivers on this computer date back to 2007.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Alright so it doesnt look like ill be able to get onto the internet to do anything because nearly every time i try, i get the BSOD. Format seems imminent.
