Windows 10: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, caused by ntoskrnl.exe+14e2e0

Hi, this is my first post and i really didn't like to be like that
but i really need some advice here, anyone can help me on this?

I'm having IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD on win10, and all my lan, vga, sound drivers are updated to the last available, i'm really having a bad time here because i have no idea what can causing this

Windows 10 hangs up a lot (BSOD crash dumps provided)

I have updated a 7 years old computer from XP to Windows 10.

It randomly hangs (example I have just seen: video streaming stops, a small part of audio (the actual small buffersize) is repeated as a tone - does not react to anything needs to be restarted with reset button).

There are not always blue screen of death crash dumps, but here I provide some of the latest, maybe it can help for those who are adept at reading them.

I suspect video card drivers - maybe some other chipset drivers - but I couldn't be able to single out one particular cause for sure, so I'm asking YOUR help .

Is it fixable? Should I downgrade it Windows 7? Or 8.1? What's your opinion?

Getting crash dump after upgrading to windows 10

Receiving the following message and computer reboots:

crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\120116-7375-01.dmp

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x142970)

Welcome to the 10forums.

Please remove ASRock software, this (pre-)installed software is know for causing BSOD's.

It seems a BSOD has occured one time, according to the files.
So it isn't something to worry about (yet) as Windows takes the appropriate actions to solve it
If you however would like to do something, you could run MemTest86+ as the cause is memory corruption.
