Windows 10: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Windows 11 Home

Hi! I recentlty both a new computer but have lots of problems with BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Before you give me advice i can tell you i did the following already: All drivers updated - both device manager and Windows update The company that assembeld the computer told me that memory, RAM, PSU and processor are fully functional I also did the commands: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth sfc /scannow chkdsk /r Everything passed witout any remarks. Irql_not_less_or_equal

So I have this clients PC that blue screens and gives a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL STOP 0x0000000A error message. Error Goblin (link in sig) says the following:

And I have NO IDEA what the hell that means. It has wrapped around my head 5 times and caused it to explode. Ive ran memtest for 7 and a half hours and it didnt find any errors. I will probably run it again overnight just to be safe. Ive also cleaned out the computer with an air compressor and checked the hard drive for bad sectors are none are to be found.

Im trying like hell to avoid reinstalling Windows but it seems unlikely.

Im going to try updating some drivers and see what happens. Some of the drivers on this computer date back to 2007.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Alright so it doesnt look like ill be able to get onto the internet to do anything because nearly every time i try, i get the BSOD. Format seems imminent.

Method 1: Use SFC and DISM

Method 2: Update Your Graphics Drivers
Step 1: Press Windows Key + R to open the Run box.
Step 2: Type in devmgmt.msc and press Enter to open the Device Manager
Step 3: Expand the Display Adapters category.
Step 4: Right-click on your graphics device, and then select Update Driver.
Step 5: Select the Search automatically for updated driver software option.
Step 6: The computer will search for drivers online and install them.

Method 3: Check Your Memory and Hardware

Irql_not_less_or_equal

Hi,
About 30seconds after i start up windows vista i get the blue screen of death saying IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. What does this mean and how do i fix it.
