Windows 10: IRQL_UNEXPECTED_VALUE tcpip.sys blue screen error

Hi Everyone, Posting here is my last hope as I've tried everything to solve my problem. For the past couple of days I've had this blue screen error pop op. The error appears when I try to create a hotspot through a vpn connection in my case I've tried both Express and Nord VPN. After i connect my other devices to this mobile connection in about 2 minutes the PC crashes and it restarts with this same error message:STOP code: IRQL_UNEXPECTED _VALUEWhat failed : tcpip.sysThe last time I know it worked fine was on the 17th of June and I first saw it failing on the 20th. Blue Screen Error IRQL_unexpected_value

d. Now click Troubleshoot.

e. Then click Advanced options and then Automatic Repair.

Method 2: Run System File Checker (SFC)

"sfc".

This tool scans and verifies the integrity of all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct versions.

a. Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin).

b. In the Command Prompt, type the following command, sfc /scannow
and then press Enter.

c. Wait until the process completes. This usually doesn’t take longer than 20 minutes with a regular hard disk and takes much shorter when you have a fast SSD drive.

d. Restart your computer and check.
