Windows 10: Irritating Windows 10 Taskbar Occurences!

My Windows 10 Taskbar has started showing what I assume are "labels" part of a word to the right of a taskbar symbol - but not ALWAYS & not to ALL symbols!! Nothing in the "Taskbar" section of "Settings" seems to make any difference! Any suggestions as to how to overcome this would be gratefully received! Many thanks, Ray

When I right click on Taskbar, there is no "Search" in the list.

Windows 10: how to restore search bar in the taskbar?

This issue might occur if there is change in taskbar settings.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to show search bar in the taskbar and check if it helps.

1. Right click on Taskbar.

2. Then click on Search.

3. Select Search box from the list.
