Windows 10: Is 1507 dead?

I found a unused 1507 w10 disk in a box the other day.

After looking at the M$ support pages I'm getting the impression that because it hasn't been installed and regularly updated, it's out of support...

Am I reading this right or if I install it will it update to 1909?

Or maybe a better question would be, if I do a download of an 1909 image and install it, what are the chances the 1507 key will activate it?

I suggest take it to the retailer for proper assessment as soon as possible.

There are several troubleshooting steps for the instability issues (suspecting a faulty SD memory card) but the phone need official evaluation of the dead pixels.

Yep Frogger's dead on. Do some more research, find some instructions, they will list it step-by-step. Print or write down what instructions you'll need. I hope it works for ya!
