I had a hacker access my laptop with a Windows Defender message that locked my laptop so that I could not use it. I was afraid that the number on the screen was fake so I looked up Microsoft Support online with my iPhone. The number I found was 888 261-6652. I called and the tech walked me through the process. He eventually scanned the computer with CCCleaner and added several security files he said were needed to keep the laptop free from future hacking. He also changed my IP Address. He said these last two were not free as Microsoft does not have the security files or IP Addresses. He char
