Windows 10: Is _interpolator.pyd, detected by Windows Security and no other antirus/ antimalware,...

Windows Security Windows 10, Fujitsu LifeBook T900 laptop a few days ago identified _interpolator.pyd as a trojan; specifically: Trojan:Win32/Vigorf.A. Windows Security characterizes the threat as "severe".For now, I have quarantined this apparent trojan. But is this detection a false-positive?_interpolator.pyd is a file with a creation date of 2009. It was found in a CyberLink folder: C:\Program Files x86\CyberLink\YouCam\Koan\_Interpolator.pydI checked the file on VirusTotal - Windows Security is the only scanner out of more than 90 scanners to detect _interpolator.pyd

I was not aware that I should have uninstalled my antivirus software before downloading the free upgrade to Windows 10. Now I am not sure what to do and I read Windows defender is the antivrus for windows 10. What do I do about fixing these issues? Do
I need to install a new antirus thats compatible with windows 10?
