Windows 10: Is a hold time for over an hour normal?

I'm having a windows activation problem. I had to call in because the troubleshooting tool is useless. I have a legit key. I called in and was told my key is legit and that i needed to be transferred to perform remote login work. I dont know why. I'm perfectly capable of this kind of thing. Now i have been on hold for over an hour with nothing. Just a song on repeat. Just to activate windows....that i paid for....why is it like this? All of my devices with legitimate copies of windows are in my microsoft log in. Why doesnt that account for it? And why cant i just ket my key from there? Or acti

Bitlocker HELP been on hold 4 hours

The recovery key I saved to my windows account does not work. Drive seized in autorepair/did not start successfully. Boot usb is no use. I've been on hold with data security for 4 hours and ready to go all night on hold. Suggestions or is my PC now an
$800 paper weight?

HAH, found my own solution, I'm leaving the documentation in case someone else will recognize it.

THE SOLUTION, is the second best-ever solution for implementing QH (The first best-ever will be when MS documents it!!!)

Step 1

Go to the notifications Icons,

Step 2

Push and HOLD the Quite hours notification Icon

Voila!

If you do not see a QH icon, you can make it appear in the notification list by this one-time action ...

Step 1

System Settings (wheel icon)>> Notifications and Actions >> Add or Remove quick actions.

Step 2

Flick through the list to find the Quiet House Icon. and switch it ON (right column).

 

Is this normal?

I have a 5870 and i get that some times. I think is because of the SSD's speed or at list that didn't happened wen i was on a normal HDD.

Still not sure if it's normal or not.
