Windows 10: Is a Windows update screen with a black background and white font legitimate?

Is a Windows update screen with a black background and white font legitimate? I am only familiar with update screens having a blue background. During this update with the black background, the update was stuck at 0% for a good 2 hours, before suddenly spiking up to 90+% and finally completing the update in a few minutes. During this update when the update progress was still showing 0%, there were several times my laptop restarted, only to revert back to the 0% progress screen. Does this sound like a proper Windows update or should I be very worried about a malware/hijacking?

Printer is printing with black background and white font

I have just moved house and just had Windows 10 installed on my computer and have got a secondhand printer, a Xerox DocuPrint M265z connected to my computer and it is printing with a black background and white font. The test print from the printer comes
out normal but printing from the computer comes out with black background and white font. How do I fix this please.

 

Background black and font white in web browser. Chang back to opposite

Recently my background changed to black and font white in web browser as well as in Microsoft work, excel and my drafting software. I need to change back to the white background. This occurred during some update.

This is not for the general background of the screen.

I would appreciate help with this.

Does Microsoft have a technical support phone number?

Unreadable font ... White on White Background and Text

Good Evening!

I just updated to Windows 10 Version 1903. Everything works great and no problems, except for this. I have had dark mode enabled for a while now and love it. However, after the update, the save file dialogue box that pops up when I need to save something
and the "safely remove hardware and eject media" dialogue box in my system tray have now changed to a white font, which makes them almost unreadable. For some reason these two dialogue boxes have a white on white background and font. The regular windows
explorer has a dark background with a white font which is perfect. Any suggestions how to fix this? I have scoured through every setting I can think of and am at a loss. I don't want to change my dark mode just for that.
