Windows 10: Is Acer G277HL compatable with an ASUS Nvidia GForce driver?

I am trying to connect an Acre monitor that someone gave me with the AUSU that I have so I can have two screens. The Acre is having problems with the graphics is pixeled and flashes a lot or is running a constant refresh. How can I fix this problem?

NVIDIA DRIVER 307.83

The issue still the same.

I went to NVIDIA Web site and they suggested to download a new driver

GE force 353.62. I was able to downloaded but was not able to install it due to:

"NVIDIA Installer cannot continue this graphic driver could not find compatible graphic hardware"

I don't know what to do anymore

Any other suggestion?

In order to identify if this is driver compatibility related issue, I would suggest you to install the Nvidia driver in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if the issue persists:

1. Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select "Properties".

2. Select "Compatibility" Tab.

3. Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and select Windows 8
from the drop down list.

4. Let the driver install and then check the functionality
