Is adding more RAM to my pc going to stop pagefile from spiking my SSD to 100%?

Its been a year now since my SSD has randomly gotten 100% lag spikes when I have applications open, spent more than 500 hours trying to find a solution but all I could find was a program spiking my SSD sometimes when I load something up. A few days later I found out that pagefile.sys was the root cause of it, I've tried every single solution on the internet about pagefiles and about ntoskrnl.exe and the only thing I've fixed is some of the corrupt files that isn't even relevant to what I'm trying to fix. 2. Significant CPU, GPU and RAM lag spikes

My computer is having significant lag spikes. How do I make my computer's CPU, GPU and RAM go down? Any tips or suggestions? Also I use this computer for gaming.

    100% gpu usage!
    6.5gb ram usage!
    65% cpu usage!
    Disk does fine, though.

    Windows 10, 21H2

    SSD for the pagefile?

BS it has been proven before that the system will use the page file for ANYTHING cache related with ANY program before it uses the ram. The system does this on purpose to make sure their is sufficent ram to run the applications processes. that is why when disabling/shrinking the pagefile more ram is used (depending on what is cached*) and also why it is reccomended to have 4+GB.
