Windows 10: Is anybody aware of a 3rd party application that functions like point scan in iOS or Android?

MS has limited accessibility options for mobility disabilities. Mostly, they focus on tweaks to keyboards or mice. They assume a higher level of muscle control and dexterity. I need to use use an alternative input method, like scanning switch access or point scan switch control, that works with the application in focus. Ideally, a point scan solution that has a control to change applications. The person I am working only has very gross motor control; they cannot use mice buttons or keyboards in anyway and has not been successful with eyegaze solutions. How come the remote desktop app is on Android and iOS but not Windows Phone?

I'm talking about a the specific app Microsoft made, I realize that there are many 3rd party solutions. iOS and Android have many 3rd party solutions as well. I just don't understand why MS would make an app for Android and iOS before its own mobile operating
system.

 

Unable to install any 3rd party applications

I have a nokia e61. I have been trying to install 3rd party apps like newsgator, truphone, google maps etc on my phone. It dowloads the applications and immediately thereafter gives me a message 'Unable to install'. Any suggestions anyone.
