Windows 10: Is anyone having problems installing the KB5031455 update for Windows 11?

Is anyone having problems installing the KB5031455 update for Windows 11? It downloads and installs on the Settings screen, but bombs out once the PC is restarted.

I just installed update KB5031455 and still don't have Copilot

I just installed the 2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031455) and still don't have Copilot.

I have tried doing Win + C like mentioned in the documentation. That opens up Teams Chat instead of Copilot. I have also tried going into Settings -> Personalization -> Taskbar to turn on Copilot. But there is no option for Copilot.

My region is United States and I am signing in with a Microsoft account.

What is going on? How can I enable Copilot?

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
