Windows 10: Is buying a windows based laptop the worst decision of my life?

With each update (which is mandatory) with little control over the startup processes in the background.. my windows 10 performance keeps getting slower and slower. The Dell team repeatedly asks me to reinstall windows again and again. But nothing works! (Though I have an anti virus installed). Is buying a windows based laptop the worst decision of my life? Is there something that can/ should be done? Or would windows continue to operate such brazenly and callously without caring about its customers? I am amazed how the world's leading tech company can keep behaving like this !! Am I the only one thinking like this or do I have people who share similar experiences and thoughts ?

Buying a windows phone was the worst decision ever.

every thing is ok with the phone but some and most important cons are

1. there is no option for clear junk data and also windows 8.1 not clear it my space (provided 8 gb) is filled in one month only.

2. there is no connectivity provided even with the microsoft windows os 10 and also no proper help provided on google perhaps microsoft people themselves doesn't know

3. windows 10 is also one of the worst os i worked no proper connectivity with windows phone (even both are microsoft product)

so ithink my decision of buying windows phone is incorrect ....

I am waiting for mine to die...

but from the start is has been the worst.

within the last few months got a msg that the ebay app will no longer be supported on the windows phone.

the suggestion was to access the full ebay site which really doesn't work well on this phone.

can't even call in for my mail box...

I have to get around it (I guess there is 2 ways to get your voice mail).

nevertheless a tech from Cricket was supposed to call me back to be able to call in and access my voice mail box.

of course no one did.

the phone has no recorder.

finding something on this phone is a drag.

the pictures are terrible.

I am just unhappy with it and just unhappy with Microsoft period.

my phone, my laptop are on their last leg.

when done I am switching to apple...

I will be staying away from windows, Microsoft and all their related products as far away as I can.
