Windows 10: Is downloading a fresh ISO version of Windows 10 worth the effort?

Have a low storage; low RAM etc. laptop; about to do a re-set to clear up all sorts of stuff done with a view to maximizing speed and storage and have a white light free experience. It often runs extremely slowly e.g. five seconds for a character typed to appear shortly after an on device re-set so it's not malware; may be due to some extensions and apps usually downloaded soon after a re-fresh. Anyway the question is: is there much likelihood of corruption of the spare Win. 10 held on the device that would make it worth the experiment to download a fresh ISO?

OMG! Why Microsoft! Why still offer 32-bit!?! *facepalm*

So if I burn this ISO now, it won't be a catch all to install/update all versions of Windows 7/8.1/10?
