Windows 10: Is ExpressVPN not working with Win 11?

Last week after a Windows auto-update I got an error message - your ExpressVPN desktop application is not working - needs a reinstall. I followed all the steps indicated and had to download and install the latest version expressvpn_windows_12.55.0.27_release.I first went to the support team of ExpressVPN. After several sessions, I agreed to a remote control of my PC by their expert - after an hour of work the conclusion was that the app cannot be installed, and the error message is "browser-helper.exe is not found".The request from ExpressVpn was to inform Microsoft about this problem. How do I delete these Expressvpn files after uninstalling the program.

Open an admin Command Prompt window and run these commands:

(Copy each command and paste it into the command Prompt window to avoid typo errors.)

• takeown /f "C:\ProgramData\ExpressVPN\AccessTokens" /a /r /d y
  

• icacls "C:\ProgramData\ExpressVPN\AccessTokens" /grant %username%:F /T
  

See if you can now delete the "AccessTokens" folder via File Explorer.
