Windows 10: Is getting stuck on the please wait screen after a windows clean reset normal

My pc was getting slow so I wanted to clean it when I reset using cloud it got stuck on the please wait screen it didn't no freeze. I started the reset 3 hours ago

Windows 10 - Resetting normally up to 25% and then Black screen.

• When you say that "it needs more time or it stuck somehow", what is the current status of the issue? Is the computer still stuck at black screen or in process of resetting the computer?

If the computer in process of resetting, then I suggest you to wait for some time.

Sorry to hear that you are still stuck. The day and a half I spent on upgrade were a waste of time. Altho the invitation to upgrade said my computer was ready, when I found a "check for readiness" link it said CPU was NX. Googled and it is quite possible
this was a false negative but not brave enough to follow the steps that were suggested. Anyway, I took my laptop to local fixers, and they have done a clean install, removing windows 7 first of all. Money well spent.
