Windows 10: Is hotmail having an issue because I have not been receiving any emails since 5/8/23

Hotmail Stopped Synching to Windows 8 HTC Phone

Thank you for the tips to try. Unfortunately those did not help. I'm open to more suggestions!



I've done a bit more investigating, and here's what I have found so far.



Current Set Up:

• Hotmail email account
• Windows 8 phone
• PC with Windows 7, Outlook 2007
• Outlook configured with email account that points to my hotmail account. Email on the PC works perfectly.

Issue:

• If Outlook on the PC is turned OFF, email syncs to my phone just fine.
• If Outlook on the PC is turned ON, email will synch to my phone,
  UNTIL Outlook does a Send/Receive. At that time, any email already on my phone
  disappears off of my phone!
• New email will arrive on the phone and remain until Outlook does another Send/Receive.

I'll keep investigating.

 

No emails received

I have an old hotmail acct and recently had some messages from inbox go to archive.
