Windows 10: Is Intel Core-i3 2365M YY: 2009 version still supported?

Hiim facing a lot of problems with my graphics card and i cant handle it anymore, i cant play games, i cant watch YouTube without my PC crashing..so, i run Windows 11 yes, i know, i cant run it on that processor and graphics card, but i still tried to download it using the ISO and my CPU processor is so old its from 2009s , i cant update the graphics driver because my cpu is not longer supported : Is there drivers that are available for this CPU??Intel, if you're reading this, make a copy of graphics driver for any OS and help people who cant update their graphics drivers because their CP

In the test for windows 11 it's telling me that I have the Intel core i3-7100 and is not compatible with windows 11. But it is on the list to be compatible with windows 11. So why am I getting this message.

Microsoft were testing and adding some more processors, and did add some to the list, they indicate they have now completed testing, and no more processors will be added to the official list.

It is possible to install Windows 11 on an unsupported processor using the Windows 11 ISO, I have Windows 11 installed on an unsupported Core i7 7700QH processor and Windows 11 runs very smoothly, however Microsoft advise you do not do that, they will not be liable for any problems caused by doing that and also you would not receive Windows 11 updates

Another option would be to contact your PC manufacturer to see if that processor can be upgraded.

Why Windows 11 does not support Intel Core i3 7th gen processors which are faster than the minimum requirement speed at 1GHz? My Intel core i3-7100T runs at 3.4 GHz that already far exceed this minimum requirement. What is the true reason behind this illogical incidence?
