Windows 10: IS INTEL CORE I7 7500-U PROCESSOR SUPPORTED FOR WINDOWS 11??

I HAVE INTEL CORE I7 7500-U 7TH GENERATION PROCESSER but PC HEALTH CHECK APP SAYS IT IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR WINDOWS 11 BUT IT MEETS ALL REQUIREMENT 8 GB RAM 500 GB HDD BUT HOW CAN I INSTALL IT ? It has the following specifications:Supports secure boot 8 gb ram500 gb hard disk space Intel core i7 processorBut cant install it

Thank you for your response. Yes, I clicked the compatible processors list. Many Core i7 processors are listed, but not the 7500 for some reason. What is frustrating is that the Core i7-7500 is 2.7GHZ which is double the requirement, and it has 2 cores, which meets the requirement.

Good question, I checked MS list of W11 compatible processors Windows 10 20H2 Supported Intel Processors and it reads

[table][tr][td]Intel®[/td][td]Core™[/td][td]i7-7500U[/td][/tr][/table]
build Corei7-7500 is compatible, yet when I downloaded ms compatibility app and it reads not.

Maybe SMMTITM (someone much more technically inclined than me) can explain. I have a HP with Intel Core i7-7500, not really enthralled with W11, but would like a straight answer from MS.

Windows 7 was fine, W8 a disaster, W10 so so, W11 could be another disaster anyway.

I have a HP Envy with Intel Core i7-7500 CPU @ 2.70GHz processor. It fails the Windows 11 check because of the processor type. How is this not enough horsepower to run Win11?
