Windows 10: Is is possible to get Minecraft Bedrock on PC if I bought it on xbox?

So I have bought Minecraft on Xbox 1 for I need to also buy it on PC in order to play it on their or can I transfer the fact that I own it on Xbox over to PC since most owned games with Microsoft transfer to PC

Struggling with Minecraft bedrock for pc and need help

Everytime I load up my Minecraft bedrock (on pc) and try sign in..it's keep telling me to unlock the full game, Which I already bought it...I tried everything like Uninstalling on my xbox and my xbox app (on pc) and I downloaded from the Microsoft store..with the same exact account I bought it with, I even restarted the Microsoft store like signing out and signing back in, and i tried restarting my pc. I uninstalled & reinstalled minecraft 9 times but it keeps telling me to buy it again. And I'm at rock bottom here, needing some help with it
