Windows 10: Is is possible to skip an update Feature Update to Windows 10, version 22H2

Windows 10 version 22H2 makes the wheel on my mouse stop working. I tried updating drivers through Device Manager, and all drivers are up to date. Rolling back this specific update makes the mouse wheel work again. There have been no further software changes.Is there a way to prevent Windows from installing this particular upgrade - or should I say "downgrade"? The fault is 100% repeatable, because as soon as I finished rolling back feature update 22H2, my machine told me to update, and installing the update caused the mouse issue to return.

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2 Win Update

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.
