Windows 10: is it a bug file or what on windows search on taskbar

I don't know what is this but when I suddenly click on the search option and then click on somewhere else this box occurs and stucks at one place. I think it is a bug or some problem plz help me with how to solve this problem.

• Are you getting any error messages upon accessing the taskbar search?

• Press Windows Key + X on your keyboard.

Taskbar search

Did not do anything to help. The search in File Explorer works fine. The first and last screen shot shows a search leading to no results but the file explorer finds them just fine. The last one shows my indexing options.

Windows 10: how to restore search bar in the taskbar?

When I right click on Taskbar, there is no "Search" in the list.
