Windows 10: Is it a good idea to buy a copy of Windows 10 Professional to use later?

I'm thinking of building a PC someday soon, possibly this summer. I noticed that a website is having a sale for a license of Windows 10 Pro for a limited time (https://downloadcrewstore.com/p37095-windows_10_professional), and since I want to save as much as possible for the build, making purchases this early is not that bad an idea.

I'll be downloading an ISO file, right? Will it ever expire, or is it a permanent license?

Edit: pfft, it says it's permanent on the bottom. But will it still be okay to have an ISO handy for a few months or longer?

ok, I may use one of my other computers for windows 10, but is there a way to obtain a CD of a good clean copy of windows 7 professional? Or download to a rewriteable CD a good clean copy of Windows 7 Professional?

It's a DVD, not a CD you need.

You can download it, but you need to buy it as well to activate it and use it correctly.

Microsoft no longer sells 7; try amazon.com.

But due to the fact that you should buy a
sealed Windows 7 package including the license/product key there is not much point giving you a download link as you will be getting the DVD in the package that you buy.

Warning:

You do not buy a Product Key by itself, as they are normally stolen/pirated, Volume Licenses which are not for private use, or MSDN keys which are not to be sold by the original subscription holder.

Make sure that you buy the complete sealed package (DVD, license)
