Windows 10: Is it a virus or i just need a technician?

I have a lot of errors even 4 critical in event log attached in this message and also when I turn my computer into sleeping mode, in 5–8 minutes it starts up by itself.I have 2 ports of ram, but because of one not working I have only 1 ram8GB.If it's possibly a virus, I have malware bytes free version, it doesn't find any viruses with its scan. Nothing in task manager either.Should I call a technician, or I can somehow fix it myself? Or some of the errors, at least?I didn't install any pirate software, only clicked 1 time on sketchy link on X/twitter that closed itself as I said before m

Virus infection usually happens on a computer when it is exposed to an infected website or removable devices. For us to help you clean the malware on your device, we would need you to answer the following questions:

• Which build and version of Windows are you using?
• Did you encounter any error messages related to having a virus infection on your device?
• What are the troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Computer Technician Code of Ethics

Hey, Im writing a page for my coworkers that is to assist them with diagnosing and repairing computer problems over the phone. The first page of the site is going to be for Explaining the ethics of being a computer technician. The big thing here is to make sure that the agent understands the ethics of computers and that it is logical. Any suggestions?

I was thinking of obvious ones like : Never lie to the customer. Always make sure that the customer understands what you are doing....
