Windows 10: Is it allowed for a Support agent to ask for one of my emails that I am getting helped for?

I’m getting help from a support agent and i don’t know if they can ask for the email that I am getting help for.

It's become increasingly harder to reach Microsoft Support chat or phone agents ever since WIndows 10 reached 1.3 billion users which is more than almost anything on earth - except Facebook which has never had personal agent Support.

Besides that almost no company gives free human support for free services, yet for years Microsoft has given support for it's free Upgrades and other free services without requiring proof of purchase.

If you paid for a product then you can expect Support and I'd keep pushing for it. Contact Microsoft Support at Contact Us - Microsoft Support. Explain the problem and keep asking for an agent.

But since you're here why don't you let me help you interactively in forums? Just describe the problem, how it started and what you've tried so far to fix it. I'll do my best to help or find someone else who can help better.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Virtual Agent Complaint

MSN,

Not Helpful and only generates generic search information from previous consumers.With no fix to problems by Microsoft or listening to IT issues.

I work in customer service and your virtual Agent is severly lacking and should easily be able to access step by step solutions.With periodic system maintenance and offer free window upgrades to consumers who have been with MSN for over 10 years.

i'm asking for technical support from MSN by email to resolve issue.No community assistance.
