    Is it common for Windows 11 laptop to have black screen with cursor that does not move...


    My 1-month-old laptop had its first black screen from sleep that I can't move or do anything, just did a hard shut down and everything looks normal just wanted to know if it is a bigger issue or just a one-off?Also, would like to know what causes this issue and how to prevent it?

    Windows 11 black screen with cursor problem

    If I tried to login in windows 11 if my company laptop with organisation IP and dns,it's showing Black screen with cursor but if tried to login with internet connection it's working fine but if I tried to login without any network it's completely showing Black screen with cursor.

    I tried safe scan, updated drivers,safemode login, video driver updates and even tried to remove drivers but nin of the any suggestions working please help me with this.

    Windows 11 Black Screen with Cursor

    I have a Dell Vostro 5481. After upgrading to Windows 11 it hangs on a black screen with a cursor for about an hour and fifteen minutes before displaying the login screen. This does not happen in safe mode.

    I have tried everything, uninstalling/reinstalling the graphics driver, resetting the machine, doing a clean install of Windows 11 and nothing seems to resolve this issue.

    I'm at my wits end with this machine. Does anyone have any suggestions?
