To Whom It May Concern:


I did not know anything about ONEDRIVE until I received an email earlier this year informing me that I am running out of storage space. I thought it was a joke, considering that I write for pleasure. I have two external drives, and a bunch of USBs, a couple of which are quasi empty.


ONEDRIVE staffers decided to assign an account to my name without any prior notice for something that I am expected to pay ! How inconsiderate!!! I rushed to the designated site ASAP. When I saw the list of my files, I became -- and still am -- overwhelmed with the shock ! Thousands of them !!! Not just the recent documents created in this PC which I purchased in 2019. But most concerning of all, ONEDRIVE downloaded personal and professional documents that I had saved in my USBs, and two external drives where I have backed up files from my Sony Vaïo, and one of my sisters' Toshiba Laptop, before malwares attack at MSN killed them last century. Fortunately my kid sister's mini laptop was spared !


Since the death of the mother-board of the Toshiba in 2018, I noticed that backing files into my external devices was becoming unusually extremely lengthy. In addition, even after the backing was completed, the system would prevent me from closing and unplugging the external devices. Suspicious, I resorted to turning off and shutting down the PC in order to unplug the backup devices, fearing deadly attacks against this PC.


When I responded to the email from OneDrive by visiting its site this year, I realized the purpose of the unusually extended files-backing process : The GIGABYTES ARE NOT FREE ! I concluded that the OneDrive administrators needed to pump up the corporate bank account with my few pennies. The only option was to deliberately fill up A.S.A.P. the EXTERNAL STORAGE outlet, which they decided to link to my account without my knowledge.


Allow my redundancy : I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT ONE DRIVE! I WOULD NEVER SIGN UP FOR ANY ELECTRONIC STORAGE OUTLET ! Not while MSN continues to ignore my complaints about the hack of my email account since 2018. I already pay a high price for cable services, which I only use for internet access. At my stage in my existence, all I have needed remains a good PC with some sort of word processor, just for the joy of writing. And internet outlets for some connection with humanity !


I really love MSN ! But it continues to ignore my problems ! I pray that some of the managers and technicians reading this long message will honor my request for the RETURN of MY DOCUMENTS and my PICTURES back into THIS DEVICE, which is MY PERSONAL COMPUTER... HERE, DOWN ON EARTH ! NOT in the OneDrive to YOUR CLOUD, WHERE HACKERS apparently increasingly engage in FIELD TRIPS ! {:<:

Microsoft PDF and Document Writer not working

Hi,

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve XPS document writer issues.

• 
  Right click on empty area on Desktop, click on Create and select New text document.
  
• 
  Open the created text document and type some text (input text as you desire, save and close text file)
  
• 
  Again open the text document, click on File tab and click on Print.
  
• 
  Select the Microsoft XPS writer and click on Print button.
  
• 
  You may select the location to save the file.

How to restore a text document to its previous form?

Have you tried saving a new document not following the same steps you did prior to this concern? If so, did you experience the same issue?

In the meantime, kindly follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the text document.
• Choose Restore previous versions.
• Go to Previous Versions tab.
• Look for the previous version of the document.
• Choose Open or Restore.
• Click on Apply.

The steps will allow you to browse all previous versions of the document.

save image as goes to a save as screen and save as text document

when click on a picture and save image as it goes to save as screen but only option is save as text document and cant change it, it started doing this about 2 weeks ago, before that everything worked fine with pics, am using google chrome, am older guy
and not computer smart, seen your one reply to this but cant find the screen you suggested to change it
