Windows 10: Is it me, or my taskbar keeps glitching?

So, recently, I found something crazy about my taskbar.IT KEEPS ON GLITCHING AND SHIFTING AROUND.I don't know what caused it and why is it happening.Just look at the images below.I will give you time, even if it's a trillion billion years.

Hello Microsoft. I'm trying to help you by give some feedback about this new OS. I don't know if I'm doing this right, it's my first time posting here, but whatever.

Here's a glitch in Windows 10 that i found today, even though I don't know how to reproduce again:

It's back to normal after I closed some windows.

Any suggestions?

Taskbar disable, key command to activate

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Let me help you to fix the issue.

Let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps. I would suggest you to auto hide the taskbar. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Right click on the taskbar and select properties.
  
• Check on the box Auto-hide taskbar, click on Apply and click on
  OK.

Moving the taskbar

You can customize your taskbar to pin your favorite apps to it, move it to where you want to display on your screen, and specify how taskbar buttons group together when you have more than one window open. To address your question, we suggest
that you follow these steps on how to move your taskbar to a different location on the screen:

• Open Settings and choose Personalization.
• Select Taskbar.
• Under Taskbar location on the screen, click the drop-down menu and select
  Bottom.
