Windows 10: Is it necessary to do the optional updates?

hi i have an acer aspire 5349 laptop recently i got problem with my CPU its always high even that i try everything to solve this problem but it doesn't fixed and also when i try to open an program the laptop suddenly shutting down but i have notice that there's an optional updates for the driver.. is it okay to update them and it can fix the problem? thank you

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Which necessary drivers to install from optional updates?

Usually when I clean install Windows 10, I manually install graphics drivers which I download from nvidia and intel, and I just let windows updates install the rest of the necessary drivers. Version 20H2 was different, however, as it put a lot of the drivers in the optional updates so I have to choose which ones to install. I have 5 exclamation points in device manager.





I know the unknown devices to be for bluetooth and radio. I just need help with the first three. The drivers listed in the optional updates are as follows:
