    I asked this question yesterday File Explorer and file search keep freezing. Edge running when closed and today I have a notification that the Microsoft Tech Community added an app that gives them access to my information. If they are monitoring my pc to see what's causing the problem, that's okay, but I do not recall seeing anything that specifically gave them permission.I don't want to remove the app if it's going to help solve the problem, but I don't want to keep it if there's no reason to.~Faith
