Windows 10: Is it normal for when I restart my pc that it does not show the white spinning circle? Even...

Hi, I disabled intel UHD graphics driver to use my NVidia graphics card and it obviously caused problems I was really dumb for no reason but I fixed it and everything runs fine. Only difference I see is that whenever I restart my pc, it no longer displays the white spinning circle, it only says restarting speed is normal. The Dell LOGO screen SHOWS the white spinning circle though. Is there something wrong with my pc or is this nothing to worry about? I have a Dell XPS desktop.

Windows 10 PC reset stuck with black screen and spinning white circle

My PC was repeatedly freezing at windows start up, always at the part where the blue windows logo appeared with the "loading" spinning white circle. I then (on hindsight rather rashly) decided to reset my PC (delete all apps and reinstall windows) and I
chose the option of "keeping my files".

Windows went about reinstalling itself and I glanced occasionally to check on the progress. There is a spinning white circle and text showing the % progress. The last time I checked, the progress was at high 40s%. Next thing I know, from my peripheral vision,
windows rebooted itself.

it went through the usual boot up sequence, showing Asus (my motherboard), some random white cursors etc, and ended up in a black screen with the "loading" spinning circle. No text, just the spinning circle. It's been this way for about 90 minutes.

Is this normal? What should I do? I have 8gb ram if it matters, and my primary storage is 256gb SSD, with a secondary storage of 3tb HDD.

Network Icon with white circle

Hey guys,

So I locked my PC today and noticed that on the lock screen the network icon had a small white circle on the lower right hand side of it. Basically it was exactly where the red x shows up if you aren’t connected.

I hovered my mouse over it but nothing showed up and when I went to log in the circle disappeared and the normal network icon was showing.

Does anyone know what this white circle means? I can’t find anything online about it.

I know the wifi symbol can show a white circle to the upper right but everything addressing it online yields any actual results as to what it means.

 

Windows 10 Black Screen Cursor Spinning Blue Circle

Read other suggestions but to no avail. What I have done so far. Ran Dell repair and recovery and clicked restart. Got Dell screen white circle dots and then went back to black screen white cursor and blue spinning circle. Frozen in that state. Cannot get
passed with any of the keys to Task Manager, etc. Is it time for a professional?
