Windows 10: Is it normal for windows to quickly open and close at startup on Windows 11

After logging on, during startup I normally see anywhere from 1 to 3 windows quickly open and then close on my desktop. They open and close too quickly to tell what they are. Is this normal during startup?

Hello,

Is there a way to tell which program is responsible for two command line windows that open one after the other and then close one after the other quickly at startup?

All I see is 2 black windows that open and close very fast but that's it

What can it be?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup
