Windows 10: Is it normal to have 'video memory management' eror?

I use an msi laptop and it has mux. But sometimes when it tries to switch profiles or switch refresh rates it crashes.its not regular but happen from time to time. and i have my pc on hybrid so that it switces graphics profiles depending on use but i noticed it is not switching from the rtx graphics that i have on board to the integrated ones. Is that normal too?thank you

BSOD- memory management

Upon checking the dump file, the issue is being caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Ntoskrnl.exe is the one responsible for memory management that is why you're having the Memory Management error. We suggest that you follow the steps found in the link that we provided
in our last reply to resolve the issue. Please take note that if you're overclocking your processor or video card, kindly reset their settings to default.

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
