Windows 10: Is it possible for somebody to get your full name if you've been IP grabbed?

Hello. I still keep worrying about being IP grabbed before and I don't know why, but anyways.Few weeks ago, I fell for a IP grabber, the situation is sort of solved but I'm just curious if it's possible for the person to get your full name, if you use a ISP such as Comcast? I keep worrying about this whole thing and asked 2 questions related to the situation a few days ago.

We appreciate you getting back to us. To change the cmd name, we suggest that you follow this steps:

• Open a Command Prompt (Adimin) window: Win+X, A, Alt+Y
• Then run the following command to change your computer name to Donner: WMIC ComputerSystem where Name=COMPUTER-NAME call Rename Name=NewName
• Reboot your PC.
• Try to run ipconfig / all command, you should find that the Host Name in Windows IP Configuration list has been changed to the new name.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
